Costin smirked as she walked off to do more official, owner type things. At least that was what he assumed she was doing. He went back to work, going between light flirting with the women and banter with the men. As the night went on and everyone got drunker he gave them less and less alcohol in their drinks. Mostly because some ofthe people were boarderlining alcohol poisioning and he was told not to cut anyone off. He took a small break to accompany a young woman outsite, getting her in her limo, because he'd seen another man eyeing her. The girl had been beyond drunk and Costin didn't trust that the man wouldn't go after her once she was outside. He walked back into the bar, taking his place and going back to work.
Finally Midnight came. He cleaned up a bit, collecting empty bottles, quickly jotting down the names incase they needed it for inventory and headed to the office. He knocked and walked in when she addressed him. "Actually it's about fifteen after." He said. "I was cleaning things up down there." he shrugged He glanced at the desk, the family pictures. He was about to ask if one of the kids were hers, but then he saw the picture with another blonde, a red head and the three kids. He wondered if she had kids, probably not. He imagined she would have pictures of her kid all over the place. He smiled at her, he wasn't about to ask about any of that though. "Do you have a coat or something?" It was december in London, it was freezing cold.

Gabrielle gave a laugh as she looked to him and spoke, "Of course, that would make sense. I never really had to worry about the clean-up. Just making sure it gets done." Gabrielle gave a small grin and then she shut the book she'd been making notes in. She looked to him and then she noticed his glance at her pictures. She made no comment as she stayed sitting in her chair and then looked up when he mentioned the coat. It made it clear to her that he was ready to leave. What a fool she was to think that this was more than senseless flirting. She shook her head gently and then spoke, "I do. Just let me grab it." She went to a conjoining door and pulled open her small closet's door to reveal a few changes of clothing, some more risque than the rest, and then pulled out a long black peacoat. She began to slip herself into it as she explained, "I have had need for a change of clothing more than once. Accidents happen." She shut the door as she began buttoning her jacket. She then grinned as she looked to him and asked, "Did Meg give you a locker for your things?" She'd imagined that the woman had since it was where the workers kept their jackets and things.
Shooting him out of her office Gabrielle flipped the light off and then she moved to lock the door. Once she had she stepped towards the elevator as she spoke again, "You do know that I would have made it home without your assistance just fine, correct?" Though it was nice for someone to worry about her she'd been walking home alone for about four years now. She'd spent the first year wasting her money on a taxi to take her home out of fear. There was always the option to apparate from her office, but she'd never liked the idea of that. For some reason the lack of fresh, well as fresh as london air could be, air and walking just annoyed her. She did not want to appear as lazy or anything. Plus, what if her employees noticed that she did not walk in or out of the office? That would not go well either. Once they got onto the elevator Gabrielle spoke again, "I just need to make one stop on the first floor before we leave, if that is alright." She gave him a small smile and then she leaned on the elevator's wall and looked to him.

Costin watched her as she walked over to get the coat. "Yeah." He nodded. "I figured we'd stop there to grab it on our way down." He said, staring at her ass until she turned back to him and his eyes moved back up to her eyes. "She seemed quite intent on my knowing that the lockers were in a very secluded place and that no one could see us in there at the moment. I dare say Meg was hoping I would take advantage of that." He smiled, Meg was nice, but not his type. He had simply played dumb. One of the problems he had was that he was a perpetual flirt. He flirted with everyone. Sometimes, like here with Gabrielle, he actually meant what he said, but with some, like with Meg, that was just how he spoke.
He followed her out and smiled. "I don't doubt that for a second." He said honestly. "I just couldn't allow myself to let you walk home. And I never say no to the chance to spend more time with a beautiful woman, especially when that woman has the brains to match the beauty." He added. That was what he really liked about her, she wasn't just pretty. Pretty got old fast, she was smart too. At least smart enough to be running this bar. "That's fine, I need to get my coat anyway." He nodded when she said they needed to stop on the first floor.

Gabrielle smiled a bit as she looked to him and spoke, "Good, I am glad that she took care of you, at least." Then he mentioned that Meg had made sure that he'd known they were secluded, and Gabrielle gave a bit of a frown as she looked to him and spoke, "I will be sure that I speak with her. I am terribly sorry about that." A small part of her was happy to hear that Costin had not taken advantage of the locker room being so secluded, but she did not know whose story is in actuallity the truth. It might be that in truth he did take advantage of the situation. She didn't know this man, and yet here she was letting him walk her home. The break room should be monitored and Gabrielle wondered if she should have cameras placed in the area now. Not so much for the reason he mentioned, but it would be more for the reason that if someone's locker was broken into. What would she do if that situation arose?
Gabrielle heard his compliment, and she felt her flush rise in her cheeks a bit as she looked to him and spoke, "Thank you. I appreciate the compliment." As the elevator reached the first floor he mentioned that he would go get his coat. Gabrielle smiled as she spoke, "i will meet you outside then in about ten minutes or less." Her own feet carried her towards the bar that she needed to check on and Meg. She gave the woman a smile as she spoke, "I am going to need an inventory list for the morning, so after closing up down here have the staff check the back for what we do and do not have. I will meet you here about noon. We will have our meeting to be sure things continue well." Gabrielle made no mention of the insident with Constin, but she then walked towards the front door and stepped out of it to wait for him.

"Oh dont bother, I don't mind it." He shrugged. Most people thought he was the type to take advantage of women like that, when the realized he wasn't going to shag them int he locker room, they stopped trying to be that obvious about it. He knew she'd probably hint around here and there that she wanted a date, or just to hook up. And that he could handle without problem. He'd been dealing with it since he was fifteen and he went from gangly teenager to actual man. "Seriously, no need to embarrass her, or make her think I didn't appriciate it." He smiled, the Sexual harassment could get over the top, but he knew that Meg didn't mean anything by it and no harm, no foul. He wasn't trying to get her into trouble, he just thought it was a cute story.
"Too bad," He said to himself as she walked off, "The locker rooms are nice and secluded." He half joked. He went in and got his coat, pulling it on, as well as his scarves and his ridiculous fingerless gloves, the ones he only wore to keep his younger sister happy. She had bought them for him and he thought they were pretty useless as far as keeping his hands warm, but she had been so happy with them, of course this was a few years ago, she probably wouldn't even remember that she'd bought them for him, but he still wore them. He walked out to meet her and smiled. "Alright, shall we go?" he asked her.

When he'd said he didn't mind it Gabrielle obliged, but she still thought she should mention the idea for the cameras to Meg. Maybe that at least would settle things down. She needed to protect her workers. Gabrielle was just trying to think of things that did not lead to disappointment when she thought of Costin not minding that her assistant manager had hit on him. Gabrielle had no claim, and no chance. She'd known that form the beginning, but that hadn't made her urge any less demanding. She heard him tell her there was no need to mention it and she nodded again as she spoke, "I won't then."
She left to go talk to her co-worker and on her way off she hadn't heard what it was that Costin had said. She ran a hand over her neck before letting the stress of her day melt away a bit as she slipped out of the bar. Once she did she'd been waiting for him while finishing buttoning her jacket and putting on her hat. Just as he came out Gabrielle shoved her hands into the pockets of her peacoat. She then smiled a bit as she looked to him and spoke, "That would be a grand idea." She took a step in the right direction and she started them at a nice and gentle pace. Once they had walked a block or so Gabrielle turned to look at him as she spoke, "So, do you plan to open your own wand shop one day or just to continue working for other stores?" He had to have some goals, and her small talk could be very good when she tried hard enough. That should occupy their walking time.
